New World Murder

by The Ghost

At 3:30 on the afternoon of May 20, 1998, a 15-year-old boy named Kipland Kinkel went into the kitchen of the house where he lived with his parents and shot his father in the back of the head. He then waited for his mother to come home. When she arrived at approximately 6:00 PM, Kip told her that he loved her and shot her twice in the back of the head, three times in the face, and once in the heart. The next day, he drove to Thurston High School in Springfield, Oregon and opened fire, leaving two students dead and 25 others wounded. During the night before, after he had murdered his parents, he played the song “Liebestod” (“Love Death”) from the soundtrack of Romeo & Juliet again, and again, and again. It was still playing when the police arrived. While being taken into police custody, Kinkel attacked an officer with a knife screaming “Shoot me, kill me!” On audio recordings of his interview with police later that day he can be heard lashing out at the “voices inside my head.”

A year later, on April 20, 1999, two heavily-armed students turned Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado, into a nightmarish war zone, killing 13 people and wounding 23 before committing suicide. This wasn’t the first time something like this had happened, but it was of a nature and on a scale unlike anything ever seen before. The Columbine massacre shocked the nation and served to usher in the modern era of mass shootings and rampage killings. These shootings have not been limited to schools, either.

Roughly three months after Columbine, on July 29, 1999, a former day trader in Atlanta, Georgia shot and killed nine people at two brokerage offices and then killed himself. Less than two months after that, on September 14, 1999, in Fort Worth, Texas a man dressed in black invaded a church service and opened fire, killing seven people and wounding 12 before shooting himself in the head.

Deadly Decade

Over the last decade these incidents have not only continued, they have increased to the point where it is difficult to keep track of them all. Mass school-shootings alone have doubled in North America since the Columbine massacre. “Since the 1999 Columbine tragedy there have been sixty school shootings, double the rate seen in the previous decade. These school shootings have resulted in 181 deaths,” reports Dr. Warren Steiner, of McGill University, Montreal. (Incidentally, McGill University was the site of mind control experiments funded by the CIA and carried out by the infamous Dr. Ewan Cameron in the 1950s.)

Over the years these rampage killings have become all too familiar and a clear pattern has emerged. On March 12, 2005, a man in Brookfield, Wisconsin gunned down seven members of his congregation as they worshipped at a meeting and then committed suicide. On October 2, 2006, a milk truck driver in Nickel Mines, Pennsylvania took over an Amish schoolhouse at gunpoint. He let the men and boys go, taking 10 girls hostage. After approximately 40 minutes he shot all 10 girls in rapid succession, killing five. He then killed himself as police stormed the building.

On April 16, 2007, in the most surreal and calculated attack since Columbine, a student at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Virginia killed two students, walked to a post office and mailed a package of writings and video recordings to NBC News. He then returned to the campus, chained shut the entrances to a building and proceeded to kill 30 more people and wound 17 before dying of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. It remains the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history. Not surprisingly, the cryptic videos sent to NBC resulted in endless coverage and repetition of the horror.

On February 8, 2008, a gunman burst into a city council meeting in Missouri City, Missouri, killed five people and critically wounded the Mayor before being shot to death by police. He left a one-line suicide note: “The truth will come out in the end.” A week later, a former student opened fire in a lecture hall at Northern Illinois University. Eighteen people were wounded in the attack, which ended with the gunman committing suicide.

The bloodshed has continued throughout the last year. On March 10, 2009, a man in Geneva County, Alabama shot and killed 10 people, including members of his own family, in what officials called the worst shooting in the State’s history. He then proceeded to take his own life. Witnesses to the carnage described “a man with multiple weapons who engaged in heavy gunfire, leaving behind blood-soaked porches and bodies.” This killing spree marked the beginning of a grisly series of mass murders from California to New York. In the span of approximately one month, a rash of four separate mass shooting incidents resulted in the deaths of 38 people. In three of these cases, the shooters committed suicide. The other was shot by police but survived. ( In the words of one reporter, “It seems that no town, big or small, is immune – East Coast, West Coast, Middle America can be affected.” (Ibid.)

Just a few months later, on August 4, 2009, a man in Collier Township, Pennsylvania walked into a crowded health club, turned off the lights and started shooting. He killed three people and wounded nine before killing himself.

Approximately ten days ago, an Army Major (who is also a Muslim, an alumnus of Virginia Tech and a psychiatrist) entered a medical facility waiting area on the Fort Hood military installation in Texas and opened fire. None of the soldiers in the area were armed and the facility quickly became a killing field. Approximately ten minutes after he began firing, the gunman was shot by a police officer. Over 100 shots had been fired. Thirteen people were killed and 30 more wounded. In light of the ongoing War on Terror, this mass shooting of Army personnel by a Muslim officer – an Army mental health professional – on one of the largest U.S. military bases in the world has added an entirely new dimension to this phenomenon.

Gun Control Meets Mind Control

There are as many guesses as to the causes behind these atrocities as there are shell casings left on the ground in their wake. Many of the suggested causes are reasonable and entirely plausible. However, there is one that almost no one dares to even consider, let alone openly discuss.

According to “the most dangerous radio host in America,” the late William Cooper, there is far more to these killings than meets the eye. In his book Behold A Pale Horse (1991), Cooper asserts that elements within the United States government are playing a role in these killings, and what appear to be random acts of violence are actually a deliberately choreographed dance of death intended to “foster a feeling of insecurity, which would lead the American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms. Using drugs and hypnosis on mental patients in a process called Orion, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the anti-gun lobby. This plan is well under way, and so far is working perfectly. The middle class is begging the government to do away with the 2nd amendment. … Couple [drugs] with a post-hypnotic suggestion or control through an electronic brain implant or microwave or E.L.F. intrusion and you get mass murder, ending in every case with the suicide of the perpetrator.” (225) (Bear in mind that this was written over 18 years ago, well before these events became the regular occurrences that they are today.)

Not surprisingly, many people will simply dismiss this as nonsense or sheer lunacy. However, while it is obviously very strange and disturbing, this matter, like any other, must be pursued objectively and through an examination of the facts. To that end, some basic questions must be addressed. Specifically, does the technology and/or means to do this exist? Does the motivation exist? And has anything like this been done in the past? The answer to these questions, unfortunately, is yes.

The Search for the “Manchurian Candidate”

During the height of the Cold War, the Central Intelligence Agency launched a highly classified program aimed at mastering the dark art of mental programming. According to National Geographic, “Psychiatrists at top academic institutions [worked] under secret contract with the agency. Psychiatric patients, prisoners, even unwitting members of the public [were] exposed to a startling array of experiments designed to facilitate interrogations, induce amnesia and program in new behavior. Every psychological technique [was] explored, including hypnosis, electroshock therapy and lethal cocktails of drugs.” ( One of the primary goals of these experiments was to develop a so-called “Manchurian candidate,” a programmed assassin capable of carrying out targeted killings against his will and retaining no memory or knowledge of his actions. (Ibid.) Although most of the key documentation related to these experiments was destroyed in the 1970s and much of what remains is highly classified, there is plenty of well-documented, verifiable information on this subject readily available to anyone who is interested. (For example see and

The intelligence community had been successfully concealing the true purpose of the experiments until 1975 when, at a NATO conference in Oslo, Norway, Navy psychologist Lt. Commander Thomas Narut of the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Naples, Italy blew the lid off the whole thing when he revealed that the Navy was secretly creating large numbers of programmed assassins, and that these men were being prepared for commando missions and covert operations worldwide. He described the men who went through his program as “hit men and assassins” who could kill on command. (

Around this same time, one of the most significant developments in the field occurred with the advent of “remote mind control” devices capable of implanting thoughts into the minds of human beings from a distance. As originally reported by Veritas News Service, “It is very difficult for the average American to conceive of the existence of mind control devices and methods that could be used against him by his government. Here is proof positive of the existence of a device which can and does control the thoughts of any targeted individual from a distance. To understand the significance of this proof one must understand that this is a United States Patent number 3,951,134 filed by inventor Malech; Robert G. (Plainview, NY) and his Assignee: Dorne & Margolin Inc. (Bohemia, NY) on April 5, 1974 which Patent was granted on April 20, 1976. You must also understand that no patent is ever granted to anyone or any entity, such as a corporation, unless it has been absolutely proven to work exactly as submitted to the Patent Office. You must further understand that the technology is far more advanced today than it was in 1976. And finally you must realize that this is only one such device… there are many.” ( (The patent for this device can be viewed at the U.S. Patent Office website here:

The New World War

Although the Cold War has long since ended, the military potential of “Manchurian candidate”-style human weapons is no less important than it has been throughout history, going all the way back to Hassan I Sabah and his brainwashed cult of Hashishin assassins. Today, the war in which we find ourselves engaged is not limited to that of nation against nation, but is instead total war against all individuals and nations/societies who would resist the creation of a totalitarian socialist world government. The way that this war is being waged gives new meaning to the term “unconventional.” As the lines between the warring parties have become more and more blurred, and the battle has moved into increasingly gray areas, the need for deception, secrecy and ruthless manipulation has become greater than ever before. As the people of the world have transitioned into this new global era, the forces responsible for maintaining the paradigm shift have adjusted and adapted to the situation, moving fluently, keeping the ship of the world state on course.

America is and always has been the key battlefield in this new world war. As many of you are aware, the United States government itself – including the military and intelligence community – has been under the control of enemies of the Republic for many years and they have been working steadily to destroy our very way of living and thinking in order to bring about what they believe will be a new “utopian” world order. Dr. James V. McConnell, head of the Department of Mental Health Research at the University of Michigan (who believed that in the future humans would be mentally programmed and said he would “rather be a programmer than a programmee”) summed up the essence of this matter with seven simple words: “We want to reshape our society drastically.” (

Horror and Moral Terror

So, the question becomes one of exactly how far will those who wish to radically transform American society go to achieve their objectives. The introduction to the book The Search for the “Manchurian Candidate” (1991 ed.) contains a particularly revealing statement: “CIA officers say it is not ‘soggy morality’ that prevents them from undertaking dangerous operations like assassination, but the plain fact the Agency would thereafter be vulnerable to the tremors of conscience of the assassin.” (viii) In other words, it is not a matter of moral principles, but desire to avoid unintended consequences or “blowback” which stays the hand of the puppet-masters. If these obstacles can be overcome, and otherwise unthinkable actions can be accepted because “the end justifies the means,” then all bets are off.

Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars (TM-SW7905.1) likewise demonstrates this attitude in describing the type of approach necessary to “solving today’s problems”: “It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide. … The solution of today’s problems requires an approach which is ruthlessly candid, with no agonizing over religious, moral or cultural values.”

In one of the most memorable scenes from the movie Apocalypse Now, Colonel Kurtz, the rogue Special Forces commander marked for death by his superiors, reflects on the mindset that ultimately forms the basis for these seemingly inconceivable systems of techno-psychological warfare:

“It’s impossible for words to describe what is necessary to those who do not know what horror means. Horror. Horror has a face… and you must make a friend of horror. Horror and moral terror are your friends. If they are not then they are enemies to be feared. They are truly enemies. I remember when I was with Special Forces… Seems a thousand centuries ago… We went into a camp to inoculate the children. We left the camp after we had inoculated the children for Polio, and this old man came running after us and he was crying. He couldn’t see. We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile… A pile of little arms. And I remember… I…I…I cried… I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn’t know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized…like I was shot… Like I was shot with a diamond… a diamond bullet right through my forehead… And I thought: My God, the genius of that. The genius. The will to do that. Perfect, genuine, complete, crystalline, pure. And then I realized they were stronger than we. Because they could stand that these were not monsters… These were men…trained cadres. These men who fought with their hearts, who had families, who had children, who were filled with love… but they had the strength…the strength…to do that. If I had ten divisions of those men our troubles here would be over very quickly. You have to have men who are moral…and at the same time who are able to utilize their primordial instincts to kill without feeling…without passion…without judgment…without judgment. Because it’s judgment that defeats us.”

That is the reality that must be recognized and understood. The reality of war. We are not talking about some savages cutting off arms in the jungle, or heads in the desert. We are talking about a mentality of cold indifference and ruthlessness, sterilized by science, sanctioned and legitimized by the institution of government, and adapted for operations in this brave new world.
